I had another 1.24” overnight & this morning. I guess we are being a bit glutinous now. If I could send some to SW MO I would. Hopefully you get some of the spotty showers they are barking about this morning Matt.

UOTE="Wood Doctor, post: 1383378, member: 846"]Good suggestion. There are rural ares in Kansas so dry that the wheat crop is either threatened or it all died. The wheat price went over $13 a bushel yesterday. :([/QUOTE]

Feed is severely hurting where I am. We're going to be importing feed for our cattle if things don't change and we don't start getting some rain.

Lol, it don’t..

But if you’re 105 already, 29% can make it feel hotter.,

Usually, once the temp hits 100+, the humidity tanks.

I haven’t seen it 105 here but even upper 90s and our humidity doesn’t tank. Sure don’t want to see 105 to see if it tanks

115° in Phoenix with 5% humidity seemed as comfortable as 82° with 80%. Got back on the plane to continue to San Diego and wondered about the white dust on my arms. Powering up down the runway it hit me it is salt from my sweat that actually did it's job lol.
That was July 1972 gong back to Navy hospital

I remember a bad heat wave we had a few years back.

2 weeks of 100 plus and a couple 107 days..

I remember when it hit about 101-102 the humidity just dumped.. it was so hot even the chiggers and ticks went dormant...
