I used to work for a feed company in IA, and the vet staff there was full of useful info that has served well over the years.
When I heard about these new kind of "vaccines" the first thing I did was to see if they were used in animal health, and then talked to a vet friend about them.

Let me elaborate.

They could check into a shelter but they would have to go without alcohol. Not willing to do that.
