Because they are not a true “vaccine”
Don’t work the same..
They are a useful tool for some, but not needed for most.

They called about my Craigslist add and made an appointment to see what I had.

Serial number was entirely different than the one they were looking for.

I’ve checked a couple times on saws with my SIL (SJPD).

Finally USPS delivered the 461 fuel tank and top end.

It is called Sure Post.
Sellers can choose to ship Sure Post for less money, and UPS will deliver to you local post office.

It is about the "last mile" of delivery being so expensive, and this is a way they have found to offset the cost.
I guess they figure that the USPS driver is making that drive everyday anyways...
