He wanted tempering valves for each of the three zones (which precisely controls the water temperature to the zone) which increases the complexity.
It is not as bad as it looks right now.

I believe it is 60' x 80' with a second floor over about half of it.
The pumps are 3 speed.

The OEM Walbro on them can be a PITA. [emoji34]

I did swap in an original metering lever spring. China spring belongs in a ball point pen. [emoji90]
