Morning all! I have a slightly dirty but good shape new to me Husky 36 to clean up, open the muffler and re-tune. It may make a decent little woodpile saw. It weighs about the same maybe 1# less than a MS241 and feels like a mini 346... We'll see if the 1/4" pitch (I think) chain stays or if I can find a 14" x .050 x 3/8"lp bar/chain combo for it... That way it could hopefully share chains with the MS201 (assuming the drive count is the same).

Looks like I need to replace he shifter and drive seals on the PW80 tranny and maybe the crank case seal, tighten the fork nut, R2 the fork oil, and remove/clean/replace the carb and the bike is in business...

I can't wait to see them grinning while running the bike!!!

And now, after I was planning on spitting some wood and doing to shopping for gun stuff, my plans just got thrown out the window. A friend of ours who helps part time w/my Wife's book keeping business, just had her (now ex-)boyfriend choke her for the second time... Looks like I'm heading to Bartlesville to pick up a travel trailer, a dead Chrysler pacifica and any other items than are apparently coming to my house for a bit until She finds an apartment... I don't mind helping good people out of bad situations, but the Sheriff will most definitely be there before I get there and will be there the whole time as domestic situations aren't my thing, much less any possible endangerment of my security clearance... Good Lord.

I've been using an electric smoker for a couple years and really like it. Masterbuilt.
Amazing how much smoke time they can get out of just a handfull of oak chips. A guy could even use saw chips if he wanted.
It's supposed to handle up to 100 lbs of meat in a batch.

My new toy..
Did Carl say pork??
Cajun injector...their little one is made my Masterbuilt. Maybe that one also. They're very good.

Keep it out of the rain, the electronics don't like it.

After a few years of use, it may quit heating- if it does, take the aluminum hatch off the back and crimp new spade ends onto the wires- they corrode off.

Well the giant white oak that we scouted yesterday turned out to be a bust. Dead much longer than it looked like. Ended up getting four measly rounds out of it. The rest was no better than saw dust. What a let down. We did get a couple more truck loads cut and split today though. Was a good day.

I got 4 of those jewels under the bench that Dad used run to. They all ran a couple year ago, haven't had them going for a while

I would like to work on it it probably needs a carb kit and fuel lines. I got my grandpa's other old McCulloch running a while back to and gave it to my granny

I've got 4 610's, a 605, a Montgomery Ward's version 605, a 650 and a 655. I like bricks.

It's kind of funny, I always thought 610's were big saws because they were physically a big saw but only 61 cc. I don't think dad paid more than $100 for any of them. They always served their purpose so I can't knock em too much
