F650 6 door, but it needs an 8.1 Cummins or a DT466 instead of the 5.9 common rail it has.

That is the truck that diesel brothers did.

I'd think it would get better economy than the 8.1.
We got 3 of those bigger cummins' in our delivery trucks, and we're lucky to get 8.5mpg out of them.
