42° to 60°. Got a lot of cleaning up to do at work the next few days. I guess I shouldn't have to worry with our crack bunch of management we have. Or is that the bunch of management on crack. The second one is much more plausible in retrospect.

poor picture, but that’s all you will get from me. The place Sam works has a lot of trees, so they do some tree work. One of the saws was down; I told Sam to bring it home and I would look at it. Has 0 compression so I pulled the muffler. Scored to death. I called him and told him it is most likely fixable, but not by me. My hammer won't fix it so I am out. My guess is it was straight gassed

Picked up a 36” black stone griddle yesterday for almost nothing.
One of the burners wouldn’t light.
Fixed that this morning. Took less than 5 minutes.
I have one; they are handy, but overrated IMO. And, I followed the instructions on seasoning and I still battle rust. Yes, I keep mine in the garage, so it’s not outside in the rain

I just treat it like a cast iron pan..
Deglaze/heat/oil

Cooked ribeyes on it and a big batch of mushrooms and onions..

Copious amounts of bacon grease..

All at the same time.

That is the nice thing about them; you can cook everything all at once, like fajitas and breakfast. Also, you can cook 2 pounds of bacon at once without smoking up the house. I prefer my burgers, steaks, and chicken off the grill.

What is this "deglaze" you are referring to?

I was able to Carmelo r the outside of the 1/2” steaks and keep the center rare..
It’s got horsepower the gas grill don’t got.
It gets crazy hot. I haven't found a need for anything over medium heat; and that is too much sometimes. I have seared my steaks on the blackstone and finished on the grill. I am still figuring out how to sear on my charcoal grill

What I don't like is the mess they create and scraping all the crap off. I don't have that with the grill
