Good evening fellas.
Getting a bit crunchy here with near 2 weeks with no real measurable moistures.

Currently getting a nice gentle rain.....no wind, no thunder.... just water.
Good to hear that some are getting dust settling liquids.

Lisa’s new bathroom is officially done..

Total plumber bill???

$3500.00. Good thing they’re slow, or I might feel robbed... lol..
Wow, 3500 for ond bathroom?

No rain here...

For like 40 days...

It's amazing how localized the rain can be..... we've really done well so far this summer, and most of the really heavy rain has hit just south or north of us.

I'll throw the turkey fryer burner and pan for the oil bath in the truck. I'll have a couple of pans of hot rolls, butter and the makings for hush puppies. What else will people want? I assume most are not eaters of rabbit food. Have to see if I can churn out anything else. I'll try to remember to throw in some paper plates to make cleanup easy. We got a bunch a while back so I will see what I can dig out.
I will eat darn near anything, especially if somebody else is putting in the time and effort to cook!!! If you bring rabbit food, I will eat it like a fat kid on cake.

I got that. I did all the plumbing and wiring on our out of town place. Including the drains that are located below the basement floor.
The only plumbing related part of the project that the contractor did was to position/lay the 5 loups of in floor heat in the basement.

Seeing that number for a bathroom, I sure am glad that I learned how to do it myself.
When I added onto my house I did everything myself except for the drywall finishing. Helped the guy doing it since I worked with him, to learn some pointers so when time to redo other two bedrooms I could do it all myself.
