We're at about 2.5" total.
It came slow and gentle, so it had more opportunity to soak in.
Now they say we got .21" they keep making it less while it's been a steadier more medium fall for a couple hours. These are the only folks on the news who have to have college to back up what they say???

Little rainbow on the way home tonight. Just a little over 1/2" for me yesterday. Saw a rain gauge in someones yard about 6 miles from the house that read over 4 inches. Dad talked to someone he used to work with that lives about a mile from that and confirmed over 4" as well. A truck and a car that had hydroplaned within a 1/2 mile of each other last night on the way home as well. With my job I see people drive like idiots all the time. Another fatality wreck on I-44 today as well involving a semi. You can see the wreckers above the parked cars that were used to clean things up.

Looks like Carl is getting some rain. In St Joe.

That’s what I was seeing also, we had reports of anywhere from 2” to
a trace around here. I dumped .50”.

This round moved in from the NW moving SE to more southerly.

This should make things really steamy in the next few days.
