My day in a few pictures.......

Sawed the three little logs on the first job...



Moved the mill to the next job and promptly got mired in the Ozark glue....



After getting unstuck, we dropped the mill and made it about 5 miles down the road when I believe the fuel pump puked out....



An hour and a half later Tom arrived with the truck & trailer, 30 minutes grunting and groaning later we had it ratchet strapped up there (I need a winch).

Anyway, we made it home safe so I'm not going to complain....all in all a very smooth break down.
And I couldn't have asked for better weather.

I've got an older MTM GV30 and they're sure handy. Can't go wrong with the Fat Wrench either. Mine has been problem free for probably 8 years, or so. Nice purchases Jim.

Gun stuff is a very deep and expensive rabbit hole, but it's a fun ride though. I know I've spent money on worse things. At least most gun stuff will prove to be a good investment long term.

On the way home we stopped by Norfork lake for a few minutes of unsuccessful fishing and a nice visit with a game warden.....

Just socializing mostly, we hadn't started fishing yet.... somebody had left a camp fire burning there and he was trying to find the culprit.
It was actually a good thing, because I had a few questions I've been wanting to ask the cops anyway.
