Diesel is another great time saver.Sparky never leaves my side..
I use the *s-word out of that thing..
I demonstrated its use for Thomas yesterday..
I keep a squirt bottle of diesel fuel handy too..
No.. I just buy the 2 packs at the hardware store.Diesel is another great time saver.
You refill the LP torch bottles?
I picked up the adapter thing from harbor freight a couple weeks ago, but have yet to try it out.
I used to burn gobs of planer shavings in the shop stove. I had a stove with the top loading door so I'd open er up and dump in a 5 gallon bucket every 20 minutes or so.No.. I just buy the 2 packs at the hardware store.
Out in the shop, I keep an oil drain pan full of planer shavings.
Bout 3 scoops of oil soaked sawdust on top of a pile of splits. Then touch it off with sparky.
Surprising how much used motor oil can be sucked up by dry sawdust. And it burns for like 30 minutes. Plenty of time to ignite the splits under it.
I got one.... kinda...but I don't know how to post a video on here without a YouTube account or some such thing....???I thought I got a video of the exchange for those that wanted to see it. Must have bumped the screen when I flipped it around because all I got was 3 seconds of my hand fumbling around. Maybe somebody else got it.
Always good to see everybody.
I do for the green 1# bottles works best with warm 20 # & very cold 1 pounder. Upside down 20# to transfer fluid& v Diesel is another great time saver.
