When you get down to #22 & #24 flies with 6x tippet you use your son in law to tie them on.

Orange fly holder is a godsend!

Thing 1 has given up. My chance of having trout this evening just dropped 25%. I still have 3 Others fishing though. So far I've lost $20 in lures. Daughter is not ready to give up the fight. I think she's my best chance.

I need to go to Southern Mo or back to Colorado (with my fishing gear) and go chase some Brookies, Speckleds, Rainbows, Browns and Cut Throats. Lord I love trout!

Yes, I was in the RV at Sequoyah State Park on Lake Ft. Gibson. The wife and I thought somebody hit the trailer. She opened the door and yelled at the boys "What are you all doing out there?". Sam and Isaac were sitting around the fire; Sam's eyes were as big as silver dollars and he said, "That wasn't us, that was an earthquake, the ground and the trees were shaking."

Turned out to be a 5.6 earthquake in Pawnee, OK area (about 100 miles from here)...biggest ever in OK.
