Mothers day afternoon. Never thought we would be catching these at this time of year that have not spawned yet. Dad was the only one to catch one, but we had a good time anyway. Got a text from my mom that he was on cloud nine last night, it felt like old times again. Dad is 76, soon to be 77 in a few months and was able to fish with my brother, myself and two grand kids for the afternoon.
