Good morning Fellas
Woulda just gone out and sat on the porch, but it was still 85 at 7:00. Lisa and I cooked in the sun all day and needed some relief..Same here, got up to 90 today they say, with 70% humidity!!!
I have the larger festool track saw (~8" blade). I believe it may cut a little thicker than that. I don't remember for sure. It is a very nice piece of equipment!Track saw does a great job. But will only cut 2.75 thick wood. The edges are very smooth. Ready to finish or glue. Had to ship the long track by truck. Festool. Making trailer boards.

Does the track not come in sections?Track saw does a great job. But will only cut 2.75 thick wood. The edges are very smooth. Ready to finish or glue. Had to ship the long track by truck. Festool. Making trailer boards. I have been shopping for 16" beam saws for thicker slabs..

By October, I may be ready for a road trip. That is a definite possibility. I usually have Matt and Levi with me too. @Hedgerow
That is hilarious. I will rent a Uhaul this year...Probably wont take many saws though.
They come in 8 different lengths from 32 to 197 inches and can be combined together. I have 55" and 118"Does the track not come in sections?
How long is it?
I figured if there are some cants to be cut there would be some fabric exchanging hands so he would be taking a few saws anyway. That is hilarious. I will rent a Uhaul this year...
I’m tired of racing saws..I figured if there are some cants to be cut there would be some fabric exchanging hands so he would be taking a few saws anyway.
