Yes, we will need that to fix stuff. We just need to find his keys and get him distracted, lol.Should I bring a really big hammer?
We could use some too..Morning y'all.
Sposta get a bit of rain this afternoon and tonight....sure do need it!
For cedar & pine I use 10° .042We could use some too..
On another note, what angle tooth you run on your bands? I just ordered some of the "Double Hard" wood mizer bands and they're 9 degrees..
Can't remember what the last batch was..
Drive thru a frog killer w/hail 6 am on eye 29. I was down to 45 when some fool passing hydroplaned and near spun out in my lane. People don’t use common sense. We received 2"of needed rain and some hail last night just west of KC
Well, 9 degree .045 is what I ordered..For cedar & pine I use 10° .042
In oak I run 4° .045 and it works way better....the 10 degree blades don't work well in hardwood at my house.
Both are 1.25" double hard.
The general rule is run less hook angle as the wood gets harder.
Allegedly, it’s softer than walnut.Yeah they ain't cheap... I usually order 60 at a time so I get 15% off and free shipping.
9 degrees will work well on walnut....I've never cut sycamore so let me know how it goes.
Definitely softer, holds a lot of moisture tooAllegedly, it’s softer than walnut.
We shall see..

In that case it'll probably mill pretty easy.Definitely softer, holds a lot of moisture too
Some people say the saw dust makes them sick…
It’s said, it makes excellent interior lumber..Definitely softer, holds a lot of moisture too

I’m gonna find out. I got quite a few straight ones and some up to 30” diameter.
It is *s-word for firewood compared to oak or hedge..I had a fella tell me I could have a sycamore that’s about 24” dia. but I told him I didn’t want it. I was thinking firewood rather than lumber.
