Morning. It was 15* here this morning. Warmed up some already. Has a friend make beef bone broth with certain spices and turmeric it worked wonders for joint problems.

I'll have turkey broth from 450 lbs.of turkey we will be cooking here directly at the church.
Read that wrong at first and thought you said a 450 lbs turkey! Thought it was a genetically modified monster! I haven't had enough coffee yet, only one small pot.
Morning everybody

While bone broth is a very good option and the best route economically, has anyone here ever used CBD oil for their joints?

Since another comment took a wild turn. I'm talking about joints in the body, not what all the Dead Heads are smoking.

I've found that brands do matter.

Like anything, when something is a "new trend", there's a lot of folks who jump in and try to make quick bucks. I tried 3 different brands for 3 to 4 months a piece before I found one that works and I've tested it's effectiveness a few times since then.

I like the bone broth, because it's more natural, just like cbd. Anything that keeps people away from big pharma, is a good thing in my book.
