That’s reckless endangerment manslaughter for some serious jail time.

Well poop. [emoji58]

Rope or starter pulley snagged the 029 flywheel and rained on our parade.

Tore the dog knot off the end of the starter spring.

Always wanted one of these in good condition. I’ve got a couple more that are parts saws.
041 Farmboss is special to me. When my wife and I moved down here 43 years ago I cut my first winter’s firewood with a 10 inch mini Mac. My Uncle bought one of these to cut wood for my grandmother. My cousin was the one that ran it mostly and he wouldn’t let me run it. Afraid I’d break it or something. Well, being the idiot that he always was, he set it on top of a truck load of firewood and started to drive off. It fell off the truck and he ran it over. I always wanted one though. Mainly because my Uncle had one.
Thanks to Sawnami, I’ve got one now.

All the neighbors took the troopers aside and explained how this was the kid that had been reported so many times by locals for insane driving habits.. it was a “we told you so” moment... with the kid’s past record, one of the troopers was thinking the prosecution may be persuaded to seek some jail time.. I told him I didn’t have much faith in that, but go for it if ya can..

Official crash report looks to put blame on her. No mention of his speed or anything else. Have to look different place to see if he was ticketed unless you know about it.

His skid marks were on both sides of the center line..
Had he been in his lane, he might have just grazed her.. it’s plain to see on the road. State troopers are some of the stupidest people I know, but even they saw it.. 40’ skid marks and still plenty of momentum to shoot the other car over 30’ and break a power pole...

Maybe they should math that for a bit..

Yep been there done that. I was off the road stopped when a truck hit me and even shoved my car back. Mind you I was 100% off the road but the highway patrol sighted me as at fault? The other man ran off the road to have even hit me but still totaled my car. Them highway patrol are a special kind for sure.

We had a young fella at a past job who would magically break about 90 percent of the stuff he touched. Being a guy who has broke my fair share of stuff, even I wondered how he managed breaking the stuff he did. Me and my old boss talked about it one day and he said "some people can break a brick, with a feather".

So to all the breakers of things, you're not alone. :-)

Have a good day fellas!
