It's the second half of a house rebuild for my sister and bil, they've got a bunch of kids to put in it.
Was a double wide mobile... they tore it down to the frame and started over.
Not my house, nor my decision how to go about the project..... I'm just the dumb carpenter that gets to try to make it all work out in the end.
They did the first half last year with help/guidance from some local "experts" now I gotta try to make it look like they actually have a plan.....
Oh well, I'm happy to help em out when I can....

I'm familiar with those kind of projects..
But you can create material if needed to try and "Bring it all together"
As if there were a master plan of sorts.
