I believe you are correct on the name, I have no idea why everyone around here calls it horseweed. It’s what my grandfathers & my dad called it so it’s just stuck with me.

We call it horseweed here too. Dang stuff full of pollen too!

Yes, it’s all net wrapped. It has lost some mass but the quality is still good. Chase is feeding it now to his cows that are calving & shut up in lots & smaller pastures.

Lol, no beach.... just a slob with a sawmill.
We used to mill salvaged logs on the beach of the Columbia river back in Oregon.... talk about hard on blades and saw chains!

Well, the good news is my wife came home with something yellow in the bed of her truck and yellow is my favorite color.
The bad news is that I wound up having to tow her truck home the last 4 or 5 miles.
