We're heading to Belgium today to attend a memorial dedication for wife's Uncle and 14 other servicemen who were killed in a glider crash in WWII.
Our freedoms were bought by these soldiers. Hate to see the rapid erosion that's going on now.

Me and a friend in my department did the hero’s challenge in honor of the fallen first responders. We climbed in full gear to the top of the World Trade Center. Def tough. I finished in 28:40 no breaks. Most people never know the true cost.

Just got home after being passed by a big rg tow unit. Gets barely around before taking same exit to block road to pull fire truck out of deep ditch 6 miles shy of my place. Alternate route added about 25 miles. Could be worse
