I cut some wood today, I thought I had a ‘Bonanza’ of Ponderosa but most of it ended up being punky.

My buddy dropped of some brats, bacon, sausage links, cookies, rib-eyes, t-bones & a 7# brisket.

My aunt dropped off a goodie package also:
homemade salsa, homemade sweet relish, peanut clusters, peanut brittle & what I thought was a gooseberry pie :aplastao:but it turns out it’s cherry. I like that also but gooseberry is my favorite.

My trailer has the same size. Does yours do alright at highway speeds? 60-65 mph?

I've got a 14 foot double axle that uses them, too.
I put a full set of load range E tires on it and about 2 months later one blew out. Nowhere near being overloaded.
I suspect the main problem is they were only $25 each. Lesson learned.

Christmas gift from my family.
Ruger Impact Max Elite 22 cal air rifle.
:)
It's almost the same as shooting a 22 long rifle.
Louder than what I was expecting and kicks the same.
It'll be a good Ground Hog gun at the Stamp.

We run similar tires on the head trailer (basically a 4 tire running gear) it carries a 35’ Draper head. I will check its tires next time I am around it. We have had one flat but no blowouts.

With a cup of coffee. Really, after looking at the recipes for custard pie, a pumpkin pie is a custard style pie. I use heavy cream in mine instead of evaporated milk. Put a bit of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in it to give it a bit more bite.

PM me your address and phone number so I can arrange a visit :)

Was in Rogers Arkansas over the weekend and this tree was in the front yard. View attachment 321650 View attachment 321651
What is it?

Magnolia, probably Southern Magnolia. They are really nice when they bloom. Big white flowers:

Don’t those bloom in the winter?

February to June, so winter bloom is possible. It depends on species and climate; warmer climates bloom earlier. I have a few in my neighborhood and will try to keep an eye out as to when they bloom. I assume an early bloom this year based on the weather we are having.

I had a magnolia tree at my last house. Other than the bloom, I don't care for them. Leaves drop all year and are tough as tin cans; and the pods are like gum balls on steroids, like hand grenades. They are great for kids because the limbs start low; more than once I found Sam at the top of the tree...
