My dog likes to run around at night before she goes to bed. Bugs me to death to let her out, which I usually do for 10-15 minutes. Last night I let her in. About 10 minutes later I am walking through the house and stepped in something, felt like dog crap, and it stuck to the bottom of my slide. I pulled it off and was like WTH!!!! I saw what looked like a partial carcass of some sorts. Turns out she killed and ate a squirrel, comes in the house and barfs it back up on the carpet. I started heaving and almost barfed too, lol. The wife took care of it while I did the dishes and the laundry, a huge win for me, lol.

She likes to kill stuff and keep the carcasses. This is the first time she has ate anything that I know of. I have found 8-10 dead moles on the back porch; she brought home a dead squirrel before. The other day we are going on a walk and she caught and killed a bird. The little B wouldn't let it go. I got her to put it down and she kept going back to get it multiple times, sometimes she wouldn't even move after I got her to let go because she didn't want to leave without it.

You should see her chase the deer, I think she is part greyhound. She can fly but she can't get the deer. Got real close one night when I spot lighted them!!!

It’s awfully late in the year for them up here but I see that they had a warning out in Eastern Iowa tonight & several across Central & Eastern Missouri.
I remember a tornado on Christmas Day...

Naders don’t seem to care what month it is..

Yes we’ve got a major tornado chaser up in cape Girardeau 15 miles from the house. It really hasn’t done nothing here yet though.

Don't know if it hit the 70's yesterday like we were told it was going to, but it is 34 right now. 6 day punch today to be the brown Santa again. 42 of us told to show up for 32 routes just because the newer drivers don't want to show up on Saturday. Need to go back old school on them and make them understand that lower seniority means they do the clean up crap. Now if you jump them it might hurt their feelers too much and I would be in the office for making them cry.

I found out last night my gutters were clogged...

Freaking toad strangler..
Split around me, north and south. Set out in the shop for a bit talking to friend and thinking this will be nice when I get some ends on it. Picked up a 12x9 door with low headroom kit for $500 this week, so my overheads are taken care of. New body shop south of Lowes in Joplin and they needed temp doors so they could finish out the inside. Hadn't been opened 10 times they figured. May be a few scuffs from it being taken down, but no biggie. Got bags of washered metal screws with it that were going into the scrap so I will be able to hang all my metal for the end walls.

Sold the gooseneck to a fellow who wanted it WAY more than me a couple days ago. I wanted something with a lower deck to haul the Bobcat on.

20’ with a double frame and 7500# axles..
It’s got those feet on the ramps too. So it supports the weight when loading and unloading.
I may hate it, but I sure do see a lot of guys using them for some reason.. guess we’ll find out.

What breed of trailer is that ?

My brother has a 16’ of similar design. With my F-250 that has coil over shocks, it requires damn near perfect placement of his Deere 333, it’s either nose heavy or nose light.

Those feet are helpful but can be a PIA also. Seems like we do a lot backing up to get them to go down or pulling up so we can flip them up.

That trailer will give you enough room to haul the skid loader & multiple attachments with ease.

Most folks around here that have bumper hitch trailer like that don’t chain the loaders down either.

I am not fond of the single wheel axles, it just seems like there is a lot of visual binding & flexing going on. Probably just me being a bit of worrier. No broken axles or bad bearings on my brothers for several years so probably unfounded concerns.

I hope you like it they are very handy.

Good morning!
Bought a power washer this week to tinker on. The air filter was a kitchen sponge.[emoji3061] After removing that, it didn't take much to get it back into operation.
We had some high winds last night and were without power for 6 hours. A high voltage line pole snapped to put a large area that we were in without power along with others across Springfield.
