Been working on an 024 lately, or rather, trying to work on an 024. Wife texted me as I was leaving work yesterday. Said her truck needed a jump start. Got the truck started and home, checked it over. Needed a battery. Put a new one in, now needs an alternator. I've seen batteries knock out alternators before. Wish it hadn't of this time. Saws are so much simpler.

Batteries don't last very long anymore. Plus they have gotten expensive. We have had to replace both batteries in our diesel trucks every two years.

Michael was having trouble with dead battery in his PT Cruiser.
Made him bring it over and I cleaned the battery terminals.

No trouble since.

It was overheating. Told him to check the coolant level.

Was empty.

Dumb he is sometimes.

I wouldn't call anybody stupid. We each have our own gifts. But there are some out there that, honestly, can't comprehend a fork.

Should have gifted it to Kenneth.

It did run before I decided to 'fix' it.[emoji849]

It's a matter of self esteem/honor now. It will run or else.

End up in the church rummage sale maybe.
