I can verify this.

My buddy Sam M. is a pilot for American, previously with TWA.

Had to be tested, wait in line in your vehicle. 3 hours passed while waiting.

Sam is over 50 like several of us. He needed to pee. Left his vehicle, came back and
was informed he would have to go to the back of the line.

He said *f-word this and went home.

Later received a letter verifying a Positive test for C19!

This is first hand knowledge.

This situation if *B-S.... on the highest level!!
And you'll never hear his story or all the rest printed in the paper or on the nightly news..

FRAUD!!!

Still zero precip here going on 4 weeks.

Three inches so far. Several roads closed.

Jimbear getting arse time in the truck cab.

Heavy rain causes flooding, high water rescues across Southside St. Joseph.

Lots of seat time today, getting ready to head back to KC with a 2nd load. I will be honking about 3:15.

On the first trip down they had one SB lane closed south of Faucett because of water in the road. On the way back some fella had parked his rig in the median between the King City & Savannah exits, had traffic backed up for a couple miles. It looked like it would be good time dragging that loaded hopper out of that swamp.

How was the tenderness on a 1-10 scale? How many hours and temp?

7 on tenderness imo.

4 hours at 180, 2 hours at 225 (until internal temp is 160), pull out and place in aluminum pan and wrap pan in foil then 2 hours at 250 or until internal temp is 190ish. When I took it off (after 2 hours) internal temp was at 193. Put in cooler or oven (turned off) for 30 minutes.

Any tips on tenderness???

They are not “accidents”, they are wrecks caused by people doing stupid things.[emoji19]

I bet less than 1% are an actual accident caused by mechanical failure. [emoji848]

Well Carl there was an accident/wreck on the way down at Frederick & I29, looked like an oversized pilot/escort vehicle in the median on the north side & something else going on on the south side. They had 29 shut down from the south@ Hwy 36. Hopefully it’s cleaned up when I head back. Apparently it’s a chitty day to be on I29

I had a friend who had been in hospice since December, and died in March at age 92. But it was recorded as covid of course because of the nursing home he was in.

It’s all about keeping the schools closed which will really hurt the economy, and leading up to mail-in ballots.

Fatality hit and run at MM 47 (Fredrick Ave exit). Someone found a body.

Eye 29 is always chit from Joetown to Platte City.

Mostly commuters at 75-80 in the left lane ‘drafting’ one another.

I stay in the right lane, 65(ish), truck speed. [emoji6]

With pork, you marinade in Apple cider vinegar and/or pineapple juice.
The acids tender it up nice.
I don't know if it works the same with beef.

One can not replace time for melting connective tissue.
