I use the liquid and brushIt’s just an aerosol copper spray coating for head gaskets and such. Works really well for sealing imperfections. Like if those gaskets came off clean you could spray them then go back together no problems.

It's a screw dial type thingy.
Also comes in a can with a brush attached to lid. Least it used to. Great stuff for gasketsIt’s just an aerosol copper spray coating for head gaskets and such. Works really well for sealing imperfections. Like if those gaskets came off clean you could spray them then go back together no problems.

I am curious are the numbers on the dial degrees or tenths of an inch? There appears to be 10 teeth per every 10number increment. Does it spin freely? Is that little bolt/screw head a set screw or maybe for holding a cover on to keep debris out of the worm gear/teeth? Is there any spring type mechanism under the dial ? I would guess some type of timing or synchronization tool. Was this the surprise inside a box of Cracker Jack??
Machinist's tachometer. It should have a rubber tip on the end. You put it in the center of a spinning shaft and time it for a minute to see how many revolutions it registers.
