Morning everybody.

Learned how to skin a deer last night.
Very interesting.
:)
I learned how when the 1st one volunteered to feed me. Had a knife and figured what was done on squirrel or rabbit wasn't that different. Okay I'd read something years before n stuff.

Question for all the gun experts here.
(Which covers everyone here, except me)
Before my wife's father passed away, 25 years ago, he gave me an old bolt action rifle. It says on the barrel
"Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891"
"Manufactura Loewe Berlin"
I used to have ammunition for it. A reloder did some up for me but that's gone. Honestly, I have no idea what ammunition it takes.
Anybody know? And where can I buy some? While I'm certainly no gun expert I have fired a few. This one has a really smooth trigger and you can tell right when it's getting ready to fire. It's in nice condition and thought, sometime, I give a go at deer hunting with it.

I like a mauser action. I've got a custom 22-250 built on a 98 mauser.

Good morning!
Got up at 3 to drive East this morning.
Have a pretty major service during a planned shutdown at 7.

I was hoping to make it to the wood cut on Saturday, but it doesn't look like that is going to work out :(
