That's one of them, also a "watermill" that rotates from the flow. Scoops water which follows a tube wrapped closer to a cross tube from which there is a central outlet that the incoming fluids (air and water) push uphill. My description may not draw the right picture, I've not yet made one to take a picture of, nor even a sketch. Just remembered a flow powered paddle wheel type of item. Paddles are flat upstream but have angled catches down stream. A spiral tube to the center rotates the central tube while fluids work to centerHydro ram pump?
