Good morning!
It is 21 and calm at the moment.

Coffee is good this morning.
That temp is common across Missouri, St Louis Ironton & your area. North of me is predicted to have winter mix late Wednesday early Thursday Coffee from 12v cup plugged into cig lighter is great. 149° max.

Morning/Evening all! Working nights for a few days, then right back to days and then through this weekend... But a good concert is coming up on Monday so that'll make it worthwhile!! It'll be interesting seeing Metallica for the first time!

It was -1 here at 6:30 this morning, east wind around 8-10mph, not supposed to warm up much this week, calling for snow again Fri/Sat with highs in the single digits & low of -8 Sat. night. Sounds wonderful for the start of March.
We had around 2” snow, lots of ice sheets around on secondary roads & drives, from the rain & melting snow before the snow started Sat. evening.

We used to live in Montana, 7 miles South of the Saskatchewan/Alberta border.
I understand that there were several records set at the old AFS Radar Station there.
It was a drier cold than here, so it was easier to deal with, but there is nothing like -50°F with wind!

You must of been over around Harve. I spent 2 years in NE MT (Westby), I understand. One of those Canadians would sneeze or cough & by the time it got to Westby it would be a 40-50 mph wind. Spent many days & nights working in negative temps. Coldest was -56 with wind chill, once it gets below about -25 it’s just cold & all feels the same.

Yes, we were North of Havre. Super cold up there, but we never had much snow. It would snow, and the wind would carry it straight to North Dakota. We would end up with an inch on the ground, and a 4 foot drift around a building.
