So, here are the fruits thus far of my labors. Got the toolboxes connected, with all contact points including polyurethane roofing caulk (it’s black and pretty tough stuff), and they are sitting on a 1/8” thick rubber runner strip glued to the top rail. I plan to make another mounting rail to anchor the box in place, with 5 half-inch thick galv. Ubolts holding it down. This is close to the final appearance.

The holes are for bungee cords to hold hand tools on top.

I haven't heard of a driver deburr grinder before. Did you buy it or make It? Could I see more pics of It?
You can buy a commercial one but they are 400.00+ I made this one from an old pump and some harbor freight diamond tile saw wheels. It works ok for the most part.

Any video of it working? I just see it wanting to pull the chain.

Good morning. So, I’m feeling much better, but now the Queen is down with. UTI, just like I had last week, only a very different set of symptoms. This is very odd, neither of us having ever had one of these before. Oh well. Life goes on, and it could be a heck of a lot worse. It is really cold for April, and I need to get His Primacy out of the house so his mother can rest.

Hope your day is a good one.
