Hey Steve, Hey Matt. Tonight's evening battle is a second hand, consumer grade (Lowes), Husqvarna LGT2554 riding mower that needs front wheel bushings, and has difficulties with reverse. If I could go back in time and kick my own self in the sack for buying this P.O.S., I'd do it. Worst money I've ever spent. Pretty sure I can get a couple more years out of it though.

I would recommend replacing the wheel bushings and don't get yourself into a situation where you need reverse. Or at least make sure it is pointing uphill and let gravity to it's thing.

Wheel bushings are on the list. The reverse thing is a documented problem all over the webz, but on mine it just looks like the linkage isn't making enough travel to fully actuate reverse. I'll either fix it, or break it more gooder.

Evening fellas, I been busy lately.. I resurrected this from the ashes to mow the yard at church, neighbor dropped it off 6 months ago. New fuel line, battery, clean fuel tank, new rear wheels off another mower, free up blade brake and were good to go.

Found a pair of these 2 strokes the other day in search of a 6v53......

11/16" dia X 5/8" long. 5mm stud each end.

We'll give 3M weatherstrip adhesive a go.
