I've got a question for somebody that has a truck and a flat bed trailer capable of hauling a vehicle.
There's a possibility I can buy a vehicle in Topeka but it doesn't run right now. Need to find someone that would go with me to get it and bring it home. I'll pay food and fuel. If I buy it, I won't be going to get it for a few weeks. So I'm not in a hurry. My niece will trailer it to her farm first.

I can help you out.

Topeka? Really? I wouldn'ttrust it lol. Is it a 4.0 with crappy timing chain tensioner?

Its a 98 with the ohc 4.0. I'm not really worried about it. Between my son and I, we've become experts on 4,0's.

I hate those motors. Engineers with too much time on their hands. Around here if it needs timing chains it gets a salvage or reman motor.

Morning, guys. Today I'm off to go ride a bicycle 80 miles, God willing. I'll post back to let you know I made it home safely! HAVE A BLESSED SUNDAY!
Well, I did it. Averaged just under 14 miles per hour. Got a sunburn on my legs, but other than that I feel fine. Last time I did this it was a bit easier, so time does begin to take its toll. Hope your Monday was a good one!

Carl do you still need sl9 coils?
I owe you a saw, or parts or saw parts :)

I’m good for now. Steve L. sent a new one. So far, I haven’t needed it.

On them old Bendix coils, they can fail at any time given running vibrations and sixty year old 003” copper wire.
