The regulator came with a guage that I'll install for now. Once I get the pressure set, the guage will get removed, and I'll wire in the pressure sensor that will read right to the Holley ecu.

I'm plumbed back to the fuel filter. Need to drop the tank and run my lines to there yet.

Also going to cut the filler neck to install a piece of hose as it will help the angle when filling.
The filler in the bumper, plus this thing being probably 2" lower than factory will make for some amusement at the fuel stations.

Pressed in the pump bushings.....and then the input shaft was binding. Figured I must have buggered em up, so I cut those out, checked the bore....pressed in another set. Same thing. Ended up honing the bushings to fit the shaft. Never have had that before.

End play setup. New needle thrust bearings, new bushings, center stack, no clutches. .023"

I'm calling that good.

As far as I know this is the only Chevrolet Hennessey has done this conversion too. I guess they typically do it on the Ford Raptors.

Got my valve body done.
Found a couple of rusted valves....luckily I had another valve body to rob parts from.



Much better.

Got the new fuel lines ran last night on my car. I ended up labeling them wrong when I ran them from the filter back to the tank so 1 line is longer than needed. I'll be taking it back out to cut it down..
The only leak I had was at the supplied fuel pressure guage. I replaced it with my pressure sensor but the wiring is too short to reach, so I need to cut apart the Holley harness and lengthen those wires because I still need to set the actual pressure.

I did a quick "stretch" of the fuel pressure sensor connector wiring.
This thing is still a mess of wires that need to be addressed..
I dialed in my fuel pressure at 58psi. Set the same pressure in the ECU. It still needs a bunch of tuning but it runs much better.
I actually drove it down my driveway! Front is way too low. Going to order some Global West suspension spring spacers. I'm going with 9/16" height ones which should give me 1 1/8" lift. Tires rub the fenders when turning

Plus, I really don't think I'll be doing all too many burnouts with it. Paint is too nice, tires too expensive.
