Is this thing going to be road ready by spring?

My plan is that it won't be fully complete, but it will be drivable next summer.
Like, there might not be windshield wipers, other crap, but lights, brakes, steering, all the stuff to make it go down the road.

I believe Wisconsin state law requires windshield wipers, but does not require a windshield.
Of course my book from state patrol was 40 years old.

My 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD left me stranded in the middle of the highway at a stop sign yesterday afternoon. Me and 2 other kind strangers pushed it to the curb and jumping it did not work. Neighbor pulled me to his garage with his F250. We determined the fuel pump went bad. Today we took everything apart. Bought new fuel pump, ring, and filler neck. Sadly auto parts store won’t have the wiring pigtail we need until tomorrow afternoon. Will finish this job tomorrow or Tuesday.

Put in a new fuel filter too right away. Restricted filters used to kill a lot of those Era pumps.

New pipe on wife's Jeep. 5 hours with no cussing or blood letting. Probably would've taken Ed 20 minutes. Took 2 hours to figure out which pipe I needed when I ordered it. There is only 8 choices for that model with a 2.4 depending on options.

@Canadian farm boy what are you using for plug wires on your car? I'm leaning towards a set of Taylor spiro-pro. They specifically say for engines with headers and their boot design looks like it will give me the best clearance.
That's without spending over $300 on a set of Granatelli wires..
