That would be a tiny house in CA. House alone be like 60k if you were to rent that, be like 2k or 2,500 a month. Not far from reality.thats a cool tree house though. Never cut around one. But we did one job, taking a cluster of pines down to a level, where the guy could build himself a tree house.

Ridiculousness? Way high?
What would you estimate?
Easy access no hazards virtually flat ground
360 degree access
3 roads wrap around the property.

That homeowner flagged me down as I drove by I always have a saw with me
He hired me to cut out a bastard honey locustIMG_20230305_113728068_HDR.jpg
The damn thing was full of lawn ornaments and his wife had put dozens of pieces of iron ore around it.

When the storm blew the tree over
It ripped his schedule 40 sewage pipe apartIMG_20230305_132132857_HDR.jpg
His wife was so happy she got us pizza and bar oil.

He had my niece's husband climb the red maplesIMG_20230305_140401548_HDR.jpg
I don't climb *s-word I haven't climbed a tree since 1977IMG_20230305_145428849_HDR.jpg
He ran a china saw I got himIMG_20230305_134828046_HDR.jpg
For some reason they'd started cutting near dark Saturday evening he dropped a limb out from the top
and hit the homeowner in the mouth knocking his false teeth out and busting a hole through his chin.
Somehow he caught his teeth before they hit the ground
Impressive.IMG_20230305_170224702_HDR.jpg
That damn Stihl is the heaviest pole saw I've ever seen

The storm tore the mast pole loose
This was actually a kitchen that was separate from the main house from the early 1900s until the 80s
They had to go out each morning and start the wood stove for coffee and all cooking.
A new main house was built in the 80s

I guess they didn’t want the work.
I was done with the honey locust in a half hour
And helped with the red maples It took about three hours
I could see maybe a bid of 2-3k because of the power lines near by
But not 5k

Man homeowner ok? Only pole saws I buy anymore ate Husqvarna. I gave up on the echo, thought still have 1. Has a cast piece between handle and engine I've broke twice. Old ones were machined type aluminum couplers. Way stronger. The stihls are too heavy as u mentioned. Husky has good power, lighter and super durable.
