I only did 2 of these. Ran surprisingly well.

One being used commercially for a few years without issues. Guy actually preferred it over one of my 036.

I cut the piston and band on mine.

Alright, so I forgot to grab a pic of how much the primaries had to get raised before I roughed them in. Here is how much I’m taking the secondaries up. There are lots of different ways you can setup quad transfers. On the Echos with the huge secondaries, I leave them a few degrees lower than the primaries. In this case I’m shooting for 123 & 126.

Uppers are done minus port chamfers.

Since the case is open in the areas with green marker, I am going to open this up to allow more flow to the primaries.

I flattened the roof of the secondaries a little bit.

Uppers done…next up is adding chamfers on the uppers & exhaust.

Now for the intake…. Since the intake landed at 82 after machine work, I’m not going to flatten the floor too much, but will still widen the port a bit.
