It appears that "Nygran" was an early marketing name for "Grandberg" in the 1960s. There is a specifications/sales folder for sale on eBay that might be of interest:
Makes sense. Tag says Richmond CA. That's just south a few miles from where Grandberg is presently headquartered.

Those mills with the round rollers can be a problem if the board (log) is still containing an amount of sawdust.

The roller rides over top and creates an uneven cut, and it’s compounded on each cut. Where as the new mills with square bars just push’s most of the sawdust away.

So remember to clean as much sawdust as possible after each cut.
