This is an old Solo 640 cyl. Probably unavailable if I needed to find one. The pics will show a chip missing from the corner of the transfer port. The rings don’t feel it, I’ve pushed them over it without a snag, several times. My question is, should I mess with it at all, maybe try to blend it, or, just leave it be?
Thanks in advance , Jim 045C8C86-8F3C-4D92-A345-0ACF0D902F19.jpeg07986F21-4A08-497C-A1E4-00AC0207C2D4.jpeg

I'd blend that in, it wouldn't take much work. It looks like there's a very slight protrusion into the bore, and I'm guessing you're re-ringing the piston
as a part of the rebuild?

Doesn’t look like the area around it is compromised at all. Might be able to get a bit in there to chamfer it a bit...then I’d likely run it.
