There was definately a faster side, that one can't was rough
Don't get me wrong, my 365 is stout..
But I know for a fact that Joey had a Wiggs built 365 that was faster and tundra had a Copsey 365 that was faster..
But that's how stuff shakes out sometimes.
The mutt "Mike Lee" built 7900 was one of the fastest 5 cube saws there, but got beat early by the saw that won the class..
It's just how stuff works out!
Still fun to just "runnem"!!

So when is Hedgefest?
Not sure...
But when I hold another one, it will be centered around racing. With classes for stock and modified and vintage.
Also at a time of year we ain't busy doing a bunch of other *s-word...
We'll have a sawmill on site and be doing a bunch of chainsaw carving too.
I'm a sucker for carving.

That's how it goes. I never thought I'd won 6 cube with that 660 at Randys either. I figured John would beat me with that killer Solo.

I thought you would beat me with your 394.
It was close. Shoulda tightened that chain up. I had to tap on the chain with a scrench to get it on with that 9 pin. Didn't think there was any way it was coming off. Oh well

Lee, if I remember correctly, the only reason they won that big log time test was they didn't let your Stihl piston powered 166 run it it ... right!!!!
You talking about the Ct gtg, or another one ?
IIRC, in Ct, everyone that wanted to run something in the big wood was able to

I don't think so... Remember that one is an Arctic, has an extra generator from factory. Your Made in the USA 261 hasn't got a chance... (trash talking like I was the guy running the saw, not watching it on a screen, lol).

Scott was nice enough to let me cut with em. He timed me and I was faster
but not by a whole lot. 2 seconds faster if I remember correctly then my
times got better. I think my best was 12 seconds faster. But i'm only running
off the role 3/8 full skip with rakers down 40. That log was sum hard. They
were running 404 full comp.
