Some of Al's culinary work: Steak in sauce, chicken Marsala, unagi (eel), arugula salad with honey/garlic/fresh lemon juice dressing, seaweed salad, tuna tar tar, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, avocados, deep fried wontons, bread, breaded-fried soft shell crabs, soperseta, yellowfin tuna sashimi... plus chowder and cupcakes from Marcelo, and a huge pot of tomato sauce with pork sausage and meatballs from Lee and Brandy.

Nice to see the usual crowd and some new faces. Didn't do much running today...just fixing and relaxing.
