Uh uh. I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?

The jug had the best factory timing I've seen for a 262. I needed to do very little to the uppers. It also had the worst plating I've seen, chipping like crazy no matter how careful I was.

This jug had nearly no flywheel relief and very wide tunnel. As wide as the KS non decomp. I had to work the outer tunnel to clear the flywheel after the jug drop.

Squish came in at 24. I'm going with that. A little less compression and more room for carbon buildup and safety.

That folks is the reason for a cut to fit part.. try that with a 288 deflector :)

Looking good Al
Yes Joe. I was very happy for the extra meat on that abomination. Plus we all know the Red97 deflector adds whoopass.

I love the 262 but I loathe the muff mod.

If anyone has a trick for getting the lower restriction out, please advise.

Next time I'm gonna cut the defector with a tin smiths, fold it back and grind the shít out of the restriction. Then fold back and weld.
