I let it idle for a few minutes.........piss revved it a few times. Put the tach on it.......it was hitting 15,400 or so with a nice solid four stroke. Then.......it died. :(
Debris I would count out, surely you wash each cylinder out.

Bevel that was possibly missed, doubt that

Did you notice any sudden gain in rpm at any time when you were checking with the tach?

That is how I scored my 090

Yeah......I wash em out with brake parts cleaner.

I figured I missed a bevel too.......but not the case.

Not at all. I piss revved it a few times......and it just sputtered out.

There are small portions of metal from around the decompression valve missing. Could have been damaged at install, or the piston could have made contact due to insufficient clearance and that could have been the result.

I don't have a great camera........but I'll try and get some pics. Looks like it ate something.
