This chain is sharpened badly from the factory.

Its one of two i bought from chainsawbars.co.uk .
Theyre both badly sharpened.

Look at the light glinting off the cutting edge. Its blunt.

They do not cut well. In fact, they cut like dull round ground chains.

I can't even sharpen it with a file because the cutters are all burnt and the file won't cut into them.

Really, really bad.

It's likely that they are reading and have placed you on an FBI Watchlist... :comp4:

Are those chains cut off a roll and spliced? That’s not a typical Oregon preassembled loop box.

It seems a bit weird that it’s in a generic Oregon box, although it’s entirely possible that “Chainsawbars” simply assembled the loop themselves. It raises the question if they somehow got access to some factory reject chain. That stuff is awful looking.
For reference (if you’re not familiar with Oregon), Oregon specifically labels their preassembled loops.IMG_0953.jpeg

The grinding on that tooth is awful. The inside side and top plate angles are a long way off from meeting the inside corner and there's a significant top beak. I would be surprised if it would cut bark mulch...

that chain looks like it was made on a Friday. pretty unusual for Oregon, I've never had a bad one from local or online.

That's jacked up. The best brands of chain will usually have a cutter or 3 that need a lot of attention, but nowhere near that.

We’ve sold thousands upon thousands of Oregon chains, and I’ve never seen a bad cutter. However, I have absolutely no experience with square ground chain.

I don't have any experience with it either, all of mine are round chisel.

I wonder if they (the selling company) is using off brand cutters with Oregon tie straps, give the illusion it is Oregon chain and sell it at Oregon prices where the cutters are actually cheap Chinese crap. I would guess by the box type the original seller used, they are cutting off of a roll and tying their own. We used to do that (create loops from rolls) where I worked, but never advertised them as Oregon created loops, in fact anything we cut and looped ended up being cheaper than what was in the box, sometimes up to $15 cheaper on longer chains. It was all the same chain as what arrived in the box already, just the boxed stuff was tied by Stihl, Husqvarna and Oregon and the roll stuff tied by us.

Like others suggested, it does look like knock-off chain, or at best something from Oregon's reject/recycle bin. Might start with the seller first, and see what they say, but unless they bent over backwards to immediately make it right I'd send those photos (including the box) to Oregon and see what they can tell you. I'd bet they'd be interested.
