So found far I've only found one source. Around $200. One would think the Chicoms would do well cloning the now defunct Dolmar/Makita line.

I think it’s real close to OEM power but it’s been a few years since our Echos were stock. I had my saw done by west coast muscle saw and my wife’s was done by huskihl. I’m selling the KNK for $220 including bar and chain. I had them flown over when I got them so my cost is higher.

@Ketchup @vrex he has some of the clone 2511s

I did the muffler last night and finished up the cylinder this morning for the white Farmmac, I ordered some dye for the top cover and it should be here today.

Cylinder that came off the gray and orange Neotec.

My friend bought a bunch of them he wants me to go through them and check them over before he runs them
I'm going to flush out the crank cases as i work on them.

I can't remember for sure, I took .045 from the band and set the squish. I didn't take a lot because I used the taller 268 piston.

I was able to fix the cylinder that came on the Farmmac with some JB Weld.

@Czed I ordered a Farmertec 268 piston and it showed up today, it's by far the lightest of the bunch. This is without the pin, so was the other ones I weighed.

Did your friend contact their customer service? I did for the gray one and the white one, on the gray one they refunded me $35 for the chipped paint and on the white one the bar was lost in shipping so they refunded me $65 and after I saw the cylinder I contacted them again and I'm waiting for a $33 refund to purchase a new cylinder.

I haven't had time to mess with them
Now I'm getting my friends 288 to fix
He's having carb issues
I don't know if he can tune it or not.

They are copying some pretty obscure saws now like the husky 450 stihl 017 025
So i wouldn't be surprised if large displacement dolmar saws come along.
I remember 10-12 year's ago we hoped 288 and 395s clones would be released.

KNK claims to have a MS382 clone but every time I ask, it's not quite ready to go yet. This year the pic shows a dark handle and twisty caps. The 2023 catalog had a light tank and flippies.

I'm no stihl man but I've heard those 038 clones are strong runners actually stronger than some oem saws.
There's a couple of guy's cutting with them here.

I had one for awhile... very torquey, I've never ran an 038 so nothing to compare it to there, but it wasn't as fast as a clone 372 in the cut.

Iam waiting like lots of others there’s plenty of eyes watching for all the different versions
I had a Quick Look on aliexpress last night at the Topwe and it’s pretty close a copy

Then started looking at other stuff and nearly ended up buying a twin cylinder engine
For my push bike ha ha

The pant is cured on the case and clutch cover so I'm going to get that Farmmac put back together today, dying the plastics right now.
