If you don't want to get stabbed in the ribs, thigh or leg by a scrench
Get some of theseIMG_20240309_140155.jpg
L shaped hex wrenches
These fit all my fullwrap saws and no sharp edges i just carry one in my pocket
and use a tuning screwdriver to tighten chains.IMG_20240305_115139.jpg
I made my yearly stop at the stihl dealer
To stock up on screwdrivers
5 for a 1.00
The only good thing stihl sells is these and scabbards
They do have the best scabbards made by a third party i guess.

I have tried now 2 different Husqvarna 357/359 carbs. Both were supposed to be Zama c3-el42 spec but were 15mm venturi.
Anaba brand from eBay and some other from Amazon. Difficult.

I Just can't understand how there's literally thousands probably hundreds of thousands
Of Husqvarna,stihl,zenoah clones available
but I can't find the newtop/craftop 61,268,272 or 262 clones to buy easily
and they were the first clones I ever saw on the Internet at least 14 years ago
and they have manufactured them for 21 years the company said.
and they do manufacture and sell them all over the world
so they appear to be successful.
I don't want anymore clone saws in particular but i would buy a 262.

I know their is a lot of love and hate for clone saws. You can’t beat OEM quality yet you can’t beat clone price. So the solution is have one of each right?

It really comes down to what you're going to do with it. If I used a saw for a living or used one every weekend for firewood, I would buy oem Husqvarna or echo. Something for occasional use or tinkering on, I like the clones. I have a little Chinese top handle that was $83 to my door, it runs great. I have a joncutter 3800 that was $81 shipped, also runs great. I would like to have the g395 just for fun or occasional milling. I would never think about shelling out the bucks for an oem 395, but the clone prices make it a very good option. Most of the clones run good although some have a little problem or two from the start. Like my joncutter for instance, when I received it, the fuel filter was rolling around in the tank, not connected to the fuel line. Fixed that and it runs fine.
