It's slow cause it gotz Corona.

Well, at least I had the guts to send something, what have you sent???

And, although my saw did not meet my optimistic expectations, if it were paired with any stock 660, 661 or 395 (instead of being compared to DEETs incredible saw) it would have looked quite good.

The total cost of parts for this saw, including the OEM piston pin bearing and recoil rope were under $300.

Bottom line, it does not have to be the best, nor did I ever claim it would be. It cuts wood very well and will continue to cut wood very well. It is especially useful when you want to noodle large hardwood rounds.

I like the saw, I'm keeping the saw, and I'm not embarrassed by the results, the RPM range of it's strength was just lower than I expected.

The saw is well mannered and not peaky and is a darn nice saw that you can lean on. So, darn your earmuffs!

I'm sure there are a lot of ported ones I would beat, but I doubt they will be sent to Joe.

My point was that my Asian saw had nice increases, and a broad power range, compared to stock saws of similar size. My #s were about normal for ported saws of that size.

Anyone who sent a stock saw to be ported and came back with the results of my Asian dyno would not have anything to complain about.

It is nice to see standout saws like your 500, DEETs Hybrid, the TM 660 and Scarr 395, but realize they are the exceptions, not the norm.

Even many builders will lament that they can't always replicate the performance of their best saws.

Your 036 also did nicely, Al builds a nice saw!

So far, I think I have the "Asian Saw Crown"!!!

It would be cool to see more 440/460 Hybrids run. Mason and I ran 3 different Hybrids in both soft and hard wood. The fastest hybrid in the soft wood was not the fastest in hard wood. Different torque bands.

What 3? Who else needs to send a box?
