Decided to go with a full on electronic retrofit.

Supposed to be a much more durable load cell arrangement. Laptop software, will do the graphs on the fly.

High quality minimum requirements. Rpm, load, and a built in weather station and all.

None of the extra 500 wires/gizmo I don't need.

Should ship out monday.

Probably well worthwhile just in the time saved plotting graphs.

Joe if you're interested in comparing I have three of the saws that were on the old setup. If you just want to press on that's cool too, I may have one or four to run on it eventually.

I should be able to calibrate this new, just like the old. I have a hand full of saws here to help dial it in. But always open for a gtg.

Yeh... this new load cell is a 250lb unit. So with the 2:1 It should handle well above the brake at 125ftlb....

Hopefully this will hold up much better, with less issues.

Me too on the 3rd 2511. Any of them really, I'm tired of cutting wood again lol

I’m sure that’s a significant expense. So thanks! This is some pretty good news bc this is one of my favorite threads.

Yeh, it don't look like much but they sure are proud of the setup...
