It's kind of like arguing which mix oil and ratio is the best .Any chisel chain can be made fast ,depends on ones skill with a file .IMO Stihl RS series is the most robust but it's also the most expensive if price is a factor .The worst I've seen of any chain was a bunch of Baileys "house chain " I think made by Carlton .It was discounted to $10 a 20" loop and I bought 4 .That stuff wasn't worth a pinch of 'coon chit . The remainder of that junk is hanging on a nail in my garage religated to root cutters .

I reckon so

Several years ago I bought some loops from a guy named Anthony on that other site. Anyone recall who that might be?
He may have had a store front, but not sure.

I think what you want is 23RS Pro not RSP. I run RS Pro and it is very good chain IMO, they have taken material away from the rakers and opened up the gullet as well as possibly making the cutter taller. I think it is similar to 3/8 RSK but in .325.

Anthony Penix. Asheville NC
Sort of dropped off the radar... Unusual because he was heavily invested in grinding equipment.

Just spent $40 on a 78 drive link .325 stihl rs pro chain, $10.99 shipping. That was twice as expensive as a loop of 3/8 oregon EXL chain made up by the local saw shop.

Stupid money for these chains. Well see how it cuts against a well sharpened .325 lgx chain, that's also half the price.
