I’ve only had mine since late October but so far it’s been good. Needed some software updates and it did throw a code the other day for regen temps. My mechanic scanned it and cleared it. We will see if it comes back. He did tell me about the recall on the trailer break controller but needs my vin to see if mine is in that. The 10/100k warranty is nice if a guy is going to keep it that long. I wasn’t planning on replacing my 19 until I drove this new truck. Huge difference between them. The 8 speed is really nice and the truck is much sportier feeling than my 19. I know my mechanic said like all new models they had some glitches but overall he hasn’t seen them in for to much and this new set up started in 2025. He works for a ram dealer so I trust him.

My mechanic sent me this last year but it lists some of the changes that were made to the motor.

Replaced the old rubber brake hoses with stainless braided, today. I was having an issue with the brakes hanging up, and also pulling to one side or another.

Also replaced the hard line that runs along the crossmember, under the engine, from drivers side to passenger side. While loosening the fitting on the passenger side, it twisted off from being stuck/rotted.. The new line was a pre-bent stainless steel piece, that I ordered as a kit about 6 years ago. I’ve just been replacing the lines as needed, instead of doing them all at once.
