Grandfather had dairy farm in the Springstead area in the early 1900s loaded milk cans on train to get them into Park Falls pre Hwy 182.

Ran hounds in the area 30-40yrs ago with (Yunk's and Hilgarts)
Still go back every year for deer season with family that are still in the area.
