Might need to finish what I was intending on doing for Kevin’s but got to busy to build then. The 021 with a 025 crank already measured it up so just need to go cut the pop up and top of cylinder. Be a 40 ish cc ported clamshell but time will tell if it runs well or not.

If you bring it, I might even try it… And I’ve never cut with the “other” saw before lol
I had my ported 2156 and no use for 50cc or never been impressed with them until I ran a red 346 of Cole’s by Kevin at Kevin’s GTG. Then I had to have one. It makes breaking down tops almost fun.

60cc saws and all the rest are good too. Maybe we need to start a new "green" battery saw race, anybody have one even? o_O

Nope but maybe I should see if I can get ahold of a msa 300 from where my wife works if they have one yet. Battery life is a little short but will run with a ms 261 in high power mode. Only problem is I could buy another 400 for the cost of the battery and saw. Think they run 11-1200$. Could have top handle races though, have a 194t and a super 2 homelite

I hear good things about the Husqvarna 130? If I got that right. It's more on the affordable end of things.

So it weighs appx the same as a 500i at14.1lbs and yet will cut like a ms 261 which weighs appx 10.5lbs and twice the price. :hsughwiggle:

I am unsure what my 026 cost 25-30yrs ago but I think I might have got my monies worth?

Basically 362 weight I thought but yes need to start somewhere I guess l, first pro level standard handle battery saw from Stihl. It’s all mag case ect, not saying I’d personally buy one but it definitely has a place like in town where they’ve banned 2 strikes and you have trees bigger than 6”. Same as clone saws I won’t spend my money on one but people do and they do serve a purpose, like learning how to diagnose and fix a saw mostly it seems.

Have to go look through my saws and decide what part of the pile I want how much I can fit.
Even have a couple Olympiks but haven’t run them in ages.
